The Best of 2001 Best Wine List in the Hudson Valley
The Would has won the Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" every year since 1994. The cellar contains some 260 wines, among them local label and imported bottles from France, Italy, Australia, and Portugal. The menu which changes seasonally, is as eclectic as the wines.
